Björn Hagberg

Björn Hagberg is a maritime archaeologist, researcher and author of several books and articles. Björn is also a technical diving instructor, as well as a certified mixed-gas and cave-diver. Having dived numerous caves and shipwrecks around the world, Björn prefers the more interesting and well-preserved wrecks of the Baltic Sea. He has a particular passion for telling the stories behind the many ships lost at sea.

For the past 6-7 years Björn has expanded his literary scope into many new areas – both fiction and non-fiction. He has also co-authored and assisted with many of the scripts for the documentary films that Deep Sea Productions has produced.
