Women with Cows

After the success with "The Farmer's Time on Earth", "The Incredible Horseman" and "The Most Beautiful Island", film maker Peter Gerdehag has now finished his new project picturing two sisters and their lives, revolving around cows.

One of the sisters, Britt, still lives in their childhood home and spends all her time with the cows, despite her age and weak health. The other, Inger, left their home already as a teenager, but almost daily she reluctantly comes to help her sister. This is a film about our life choices and conflicting wills. A collaboration with The Swedish Film Institute.
